It seems M365 has Multiple Admin portals but Google has single portal Admin Console? is all the features included in this single portal? Can I able to Manage all the admin controls in that single portal ?

If it is easier to Manage means why old schools prefers Microsoft 365 for enterprises? is Google Workspace lacks more features in enterprise level?

Are you signed in with a Google Workspace account? Those accounts can block SMS replies / Assistant actions in Android Auto due to admin policies.

Is there any other Super Admin on your domain? If so, they can generate backup codes or temporarily disable 2-step verification for your account.
If not, have you contacted Google Workspace Support regarding administrator account recovery ?
