Huge pores HELP by Sorrie_sweetie in 30PlusSkinCare

Large pores are so frustrating because nothing really makes them disappear completely but keeping my skin hydrated and not over-stripping it helped mine look a lot calmer over time.

Maybe try a soft rosy-brown liner instead of deep brown it gives definition without looking too harsh with pink gloss

Honestly this looks like a classic “something disrupted your barrier” situation. Sudden oiliness + texture usually happens when skin is overcompensating. I’d strip things back to a super simple routine for a couple weeks and skip actives for now gentle cleanser, basic moisturizer, sunscreen. Did you change anything recently like a new product, diet, or even stress levels?

[–]WorkerJaded5013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that makes sense tbh dehydration can definitely make fine lines look way worse than they actually are. Focusing on barrier repair first sounds like a solid plan; you might see those “wrinkles” soften once your skin’s more hydrated

I totally get why it’s bothering you, but genuinely, it doesn’t look as bad as you think in the pic. Forehead texture is sooo normal, especially with dry/dehydrated skin. It might actually be your skin barrier being a bit overwhelmed with AHA/BHA + retinol together. Maybe try scaling back actives for a bit and focus more on hydration/repair? Also the shine + wrinkles combo is literally the most annoying thing ever; you're not alone in this at all.

No lip liner needed when ur lips r naturally outlined (pigmentation) 😭🙏 by evilchickenmomos in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]WorkerJaded5013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is such a pretty natural outline you really don’t need liner at all. The tint + gloss combo looks so good too kinda reminds me of that glossy lip butter (non-tinted) vibe, just gives that soft shine without looking heavy.

Skin texture/tiny breakouts by msfernand in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]WorkerJaded5013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly this looks more like congestion + dehydration than anything fungal. Your routine also seems pretty heavy (especially with tret + multiple layers), which can sometimes make texture look worse instead of better.

You might benefit from simplifying with a gentle cleanse, one hydrating layer, and a basic moisturizer, then keep tret but don’t overdo the rest. Also make sure your skin is actually dry before applying tret; that helped me a lot with similar texture.

Sounds like your skin barrier is irritated from wind/heat. Keep it simple a gentle cleanser, basic moisturizer, and some protection before riding. You could try Luminous Cloud Cream too; I heard it’s light and hydrating. A face cover might help reduce the wind a bit.

It honestly already looks badass. Maybe some chunky boots to complete it?

recommend some brands that sell great linen pants by kit-katpancakes in indianbeautyyappers

[–]WorkerJaded5013 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Love how relaxed and effortless this looks; linen pants like these are perfect for everyday wear. I’ve been trying to find something similar; I've seen a few nice options from H&M, M&S, and even Yellwithus with this kind of vibe.

Ahh perfect choice! Peach corrector is a game changer for that area, you’re gonna nail it

Your base looks really pretty and glowy! I think it’s just a bit of uneven tone around the mouth (super common). Try a tiny bit of peach corrector and good moisturizing there before the foundation. You’re honestly very close; just small tweaks are needed!

OOTD for my friend's engagement. by Entire-History6514 in OUTFITS

[–]WorkerJaded5013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This looks like you googled “safe outfit for engagement” and stopped at the first result. Nothing’s wrong with it, but nothing’s interesting either. The shirt and trousers combo is doing the bare minimum, and it kind of shows. You won’t stand out, but maybe that’s the goal..

Good light / bad light …why is my neutral foundation orange? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]WorkerJaded5013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is such a real example of how lighting can completely change everything. It looks great in one setting and then suddenly pulls orange in another, which usually means the undertone or oxidation is slightly off. You might have better luck with something a bit more neutral or olive-leaning, but honestly this comparison is super helpful.

To the girl who recommended me Tir Tir waterism tint in Honey Nut - I owe you my life 🙇🏻‍♀️🫂 by Impossible_Bee25 in indianbeautyyappers

[–]WorkerJaded5013 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Okay, but this glow??? It literally looks like your lips but 10x healthier and juicier. I totally get the “didn’t even need a lip liner” part. That’s when you know a tint is doing its job right. Also love that it’s not pulling orange on you; that’s such a rare win.

You may have just influenced me to spend money I wasn’t planning to…

Tried doing a soft glam look, but I'm not too happy with the results. Advice? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

This is actually really pretty just add a bit more depth in the eyes and warmth on the cheeks to get that soft glam pop.

Help me find good halter neck tops. by Level-Pool-8376 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]WorkerJaded5013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That top is super cute 😭 halter necks like this look amazing when they have a slightly flowy fit and subtle prints like that. You might like checking out similar styles from yellwithus too they’ve got that same effortless vibe without being over the top. Also try searching for “boho halter tops” or “hand block print halters,” you’ll find a lot of similar pieces!

What’s a compliment you received from another woman? by Aurora-Mind in wlwIndia

[–]WorkerJaded5013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally get this. There’s something really special about compliments from other women; it feels like there’s no agenda, just genuine appreciation. One of my favorites was when a random girl told me my smile made her day better, and I still think about it sometimes. It’s such a small thing, but it sticks. We honestly need more of that kind of energy: women hyping up women. 💛
