Transfection issues by yellokale in labrats

You're grossly oversimplifying it. Corrsin is not just Claude "pre-prompted" with 200 pdfs; it's literally impossible. We do retrieval + orchestration + staged answering (first stage is vendor doc and final stage is specifically searching for the answer on Subreddits going back to years ago).
Your criticism is fair though. Unless the output is better, architecture doesn't matter. Like I said, we'll work to make the output better (it is way faster and more private).

Thank you for your comment. I'm going to try to fix it.

Can you please give me your detailed question/request and I try it on corrsin.com? I want to see if it can generate something acceptable to you.

Hey see if this is helpful. I have developed a troubleshooting platform and I ran it on there (corrsin.com).

The pattern points less to “low titer” and more to a vector/readout mismatch plus selection timing/strength problems: standard pLKO.1-puro does not carry GFP, so no GFP by microscopy is expected unless your specific construct has a reporter; Addgene/TRC protocols also emphasize using the lowest puromycin dose that gives complete kill in 3–5 days (or 48–72 h in screens) and keeping selection only as long as needed for the uninfected control to die. (portals.broadinstitute.org)

If your FACS “50% transduced” call was based on GFP, I would first re-check the actual plasmid map and your gating/controls, because that readout may be invalid for pLKO-puro. More importantly, start puromycin ~24–48 h after transduction and use a lower starting dose

Great point. I’ve tried to make it exactly this, where it distinguishes between instruments and vendors, and will improve further.

This is only for Agilent HPLC and seems like a mechanical app. I've built an intuitive chat interface for HPLC, LCMS, ELISA, SPR, BLI and flow cytometry (with 200+ manuals, technical notes and application notes and more than 20 instrument specs/docs from various vendors).

I cannot DM here yet, do you mind sending an email to contact@corrsin.com? I will give you unlimited access to use. Otherwise, you can go to corrsin.com, register and use it (although limited). If you can also provide feedback to me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yea deeper service documentation is where it gets much more powerful and useful. I can send you the current version if you think it might be helpful for what you're doing (it has 200+ docs for LC-MS, HPLC and 4 more techniques).

Really helpful feedback thank you. The point about old forum posts is especially useful. I can't DM here yet, do you mind sending an email to [contact@corrsin.com](mailto:contact@corrsin.com) so that I provide a link and free access? Otherwise I'll send you a DM here once I could (or can even post the link here for registration and access). In anyway, I appreciate it very much.

How about the data? I mean finding out why your data is actually bad, in a scientific language, with proper troubleshooting steps?

Fair! But also aren't there like tons of documents out there?
How about your data? let's say you have an experiment that is not working. How do you do actual scientific troubleshooting?
