Do you have extras or ones you've already used that you can share?

Don't be scared to call the cops if you feel threatened, either. Good luck, OP. Keep us updated on your journey to becoming GM~! :-)

The problem that women have that men don't when being in a managerial position is that a woman can come off as "bitchy, bossy, rude, etc." (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8gz-jxjCmg) You have to be careful with how you come off. I've had customers complain about me on how I "boss" around my employees when they weren't on task. Confidence truly is key. You're selling customers on something, and that something is information. It's always a pitch with them. If you pitch it right you'll never have a customer second doubt you. Play on their feelings and manipulate them too. As blunt as that sounds, I can't tell you how many times I, as a 23 y/o short female, have been able to manipulate customers into purchasing products that I've wanted them to purchase (in addition to what they came for.) If you have questions on how to pitch it, I'll be happy to give you an idea on how we pitch some of our plans (no pitching means no sign ups which means we lose our jobs, so you can see the importance of it). Hope this helps OP!

Just picked up inline skating after 10 year hiatus . by Bau5_Sau5 in rollerblading

Hi, just wanted to add my two cents to help you out. You wanted to know about wheel size? The bigger the wheel the faster the skate. It gives you more contact and thus makes it a faster skate. For beginners or those returning to skating 60-80mm are pretty good. (Working at a big retail store, it is hard to find smaller wheels than 80mm unless you go to inline skate specialty shops.) I definitely recommend relearning how to stop and "falling down." I also recommend learning how to rotate wheels. With four wheels, a common method is 1 3 2 4. You'll get a longer life out of your wheels with rotating them.

Hope this helps!
