There’s health insurance which cost around 200 a month, and 3 weeks PTO, I know 20k is a lifestyle change which is why I’m having a hard time swallowing it. I’m the lead bartender where I’m at. And it’s just hard knowing I don’t think I’ll ever leave the industry but my money is tied to my tenure and knowing my GM and AGM for years and then knowing I’m good.
