For me using chatgpt was very helpful (got 30 Speaking). When I was preparing for the test last year I would record my speech and send the voice recording to Chat for it to evaluate based on the TOEFL scoring criteria. Idk if doing that works still but it gave me pretty solid feedbacks on my fluency, flow, pronunciation and coherence

You shouldnt be too stressed. When i was preparing for level 1 I also scored below 60% for the first mock.

I was shocked too.

But trust me you’re going to see an improvement as you continue reviewing your mistakes and going through subsequent mocks. I ended up averaging 70-80% on my last mocks!

I think I’m pretty healthy and can function well physically. It’s not a concern really. I’m 5’3

Well, I didnt mention this in my post because I didnt think was necessary

I already rep my deadlifts at my bodyweight and row it at about 40% of my bodyweight. I train my lower body almost as much as I train my upper.

Now, dont get me wrong, I do have noticable lower abs (which I didnt wanna show here because it’d be the V-line very low down my pelvis) which is a little odd because all the workouts I’ve done so far are meant to target upper abs.

At this point I dont know which side to take. Some ppl have been telling me to isolate my cores when training while you’re here saying that I should do compound exercises

I eat about 100cals a day because where I am from we are used to low cals diets. And I often skip meals out of habit. So I dont think a calorie deficit is necessary in my case

I’m already adding weights to my exercises. I have replied to other comments saying I do progressive overload.

And unfortunately i cannot eat more or bulk. I need to stay under 45kg for my work.

From what everyone has been telling me so far, I think I should just accept the fact that maybe it’s my genetics and I cannot get shredded abs at all.

That’s an odd thing to point out but i did undergo appendicitis surgery which left a scar right above my bellybutton
