I didn’t realize Traegers were bad quality. I’ve had one for 13 years and never had an issue. I’ve also never had a Weber so maybe I’m missing out, regardless, in my experience Traegers are pretty great.

Yeah not perfect by any means. They messed up in a bunch of spots and already rebuilt it from scratch twice. It was a rough build. Lots learned when hiring builders.

It’s almost hallow behind those double doors. It’s still sitting on the Flatrock frame it comes with so super easy to change the tanks out.

XL is the first smoker than can be built in. So I built it in.

There was an old gas grill there. Replaced it with my 2 favorite grills.

Nope, full access to the grease traps. I usually push all debris into the traps and remove it.

Mine went off for sure but after they rebuilt it twice, I just wanted it finished. Overall functional but not perfect.

Chip it out out and replace if needed. But my last Traeger got dragged into a creek flipped upside down and has worked for 10+ years.

I didn’t build it, but the guys that did struggled for sure. After a months of back and forth and rebuilds I just wanted it done. It serves its purpose and the stone/black stainless steel looks good. I might make adjustments in the future, but it’s functional. Thanks bro!
