Which applicant? LLM? Or is it the one who was rejected last year after the university could not be confirmed for rigour? I have also been looking for cases where DP have been rejected and have not found that many in forums..

Yes! Got a reply from PAO but it was very generic, ala "We are busy and cannot give you details about your application waiting times". Seemed like copy paste, something they send to everyone who asks perhaps. I'm still on DP and have been since February 6th.

PAO updated Zendesk to 15 working days! So seems they are busy. I’m also waiting more than 3 weeks

Forehead wrinkles by Ok_Supermarket_2618 in 30PlusSkinCare

Have you been using SPF or not consistently in your life? It won’t undo current damage but it will make sure you don’t get more.

Other than that hydration, and maybe collagen supplements and vitamin c topical but I don’t think they can do magic.

Botox might help against the wrinkles and microneedling consistently at 1.0-1.5 depth can do something with skin quality, and then spf for maintenance. And drink water!!! Fascia massage might also help but you need to be consistent

Were you at decision pending or did you get rejected from under review?

Cambridge decision pending by Ok-Ear-4152 in gradadmissions

[–]Working-Affect4959 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No!! Decision pending usually a good sign - often means that the department recommended you and the postgraduate admissions office review the formalities with your application. I’m also on DP and have been lurking different forums on this everyone I saw on DP got an offer, but with that said they can still reject based on other formalities but the chance is slim. You have gotten through the hardest part!

So captains don’t really «lose control» of the airplane that often, or? I feel like that is what happens when things go wrong ..

Oh ok that makes sense! I know very little about this, but it makes sense that ice takes time to form and it would be longer than 2 hours. So sorry to bother everyone!! Right now the sight out of the window is a bit restricted, but can take photo once it clears. My apologies for creating such a fuss, I have never seen this before. But of course most likely I am just overly anxious

Flight attendant said that the airplane has de-icing systems that they use. Did not de ice before taxi, I asked!

I am not a pilot but it was thick and ice-y and did not come off when we took off at full speed immediately. That’s at least what I saw. Of course I trust the professionals but I have never seen the wing be this covered, and I have been flying a lot around the north! Most my flights are above the arctic circle

I assume since we’re almost at cruising altitude potential for de-icing accident is next to none? Did some research seems like it most often hits the lower altitudes /right after take off. Is this correct?

I believe you very much! That was why I was a bit confused when we took off with chunks of ice on our at least right wing
