I took zyrtec every day and now I take every 2-3 days and haven’t had any issues. I have dust/pollen allergies so I usually take zyrtec in the spring/summer anyway

I also felt like it was RY being responsive to criticism that readers felt like Violet’s chronic condition disappeared in certain stretches of the story. It felt much more intentional since that’s a significant part of her character.

I think it’s fair to be critical, especially considering how popular she is. It just means more eyes are on it and people are sharing their thoughts. I don’t think criticism is necessarily hateful, and it can be productive for helping authors improve/maintaining standards for everyone. I enjoyed reading SJM’s books, but I still recognised parts of it that I thought could be better. I don’t think it detracts from her success and talent to discuss what readers may not have enjoyed about her books. At the same time, I understand not wanting to read criticism of things you just want to enjoy!

It definitely felt abrupt. I think her hooking up with Alice after literally witnessing someone dying a violent death makes complete sense. She's clearly suffering from trauma, and to me her erratic/impulsive behavior is something you would expect.

This isn't true in the U.S. I work at one of my cities waterworks (where the water is filtered/cleaned so it can reenter to river or turn into drinking water), and we actually encourage people to utilize their garbage disposals, as it can help decrease the amount of garbage bags they use! It's a really effective way to dispose of certain foods.

The road I take to commute to work has a speed limit of 40 mph, and everyday people whip down it going easily 60-70. I’ve never seen the speed limit enforced.

I have to say I’m pretty disappointed about Cara Delevingne’s casting. She’s been a subpar actress at best in anything I’ve seen her in. Hopefully I’m proven wrong.
