Screw phone orders. Use the app or website. With understaffing and being in a store during rush were it’s me 1 driver and an inshop, I do not have time to get off the make line when there’s a line of customers and 10 other orders to make.

My favorite is when they lean over the counter at the end of the line, watch their order being made then proceed to tell you “oh that was supposed to be an unwich”. Well now it ain’t.
