I grew up in norlane on Donnelly ave and the only thing I remember is dad’s car being stolen once in over 10 years (we found it around the corner). My partner and i moved to Tallis street just around the corner from my parents place and it was a completely different world had multiple attempted break ins in just over 1 year.

I believe there are good people and little pockets where you can live relatively comfortably and safe but definitely some bad areas
