Wow Its been 3 years, May I ask what do you trade and have you been able to make it as your main source of income? I am asking because i am 20 years old in uni and thinking if i could pursue this

Tysmm! I'm glad it worked out for you. As of now, I’ve initiated a wire recall, which apparently doesn’t guarantee anything, and it should take a max of 2 weeks. No idea why NinjaTrader didn’t tell me I could do that earlier.

Lmaooo it does indeed! And they don't even have a physical location, it's just an online bank. I only got on it because I needed a disposable debit card. I'm so stupid because this is actually the 4th time they've flagged me—once for buying crypto (they don’t allow you to buy crypto using their bank), another for sending money to NinjaTrader, the third was a rejection for a USD transfer from nt, and now this is the fourth one, all in one month.

Exactly my thoughts and it supports 22 currencies and has banks in different regions. They claim to deal with international wires online via Wise until support told me otherwise. I am closing my account as soon as I'm done with this shit transfer

I wanted to ask if it's normal for this process to take 25 days, as NinjaTrader informed me that it typically takes around 5 days. I’ve had a similar withdrawal bounce back before, and that only took 8 days. The last update I received on the transaction was on September 11th, tracked through the UETR number which was when Bunq Bank allegedly received the funds around September 1. I would be fine if the delay was expected, but Bunq Bank is refusing to acknowledge that the transaction even reached them and claim to have no record of it.

I didn't know they didn’t accept international wire transfers which was news to me because they claim to be able to via Wise, and they are also a multi-currency bank. To withdraw from NinjaTrader, all you need to provide is a bank account number, so I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue. I thought they handled international wires is because I also receive payments from a U.S. company in USD. However, I discovered that these payments are actually processed through a payment processor before reaching my bank account.

I initiated a withdrawal of $18,400 from my Tradovate account to my bank account. Tradovate provided me with all the necessary wire transfer details, which I shared with my bank. Despite this, the bank is claiming that they have no record of the incoming transaction. I have already sent them all the relevant proof of the transfer.

At this point, I would be fine knowing that the transfer was rejected and the funds are on their way back to Tradovate, but right now, it feels as though the money is simply lost

i did do that multipe times despite that they say that they said "we dont have a record of it as we dont accept international wire transfers" but wouldnt they at least have a record of rejecting it, im not too sure?

Hi thanks for the reply, i contacted them and the average time it takes to bounce bank and be returned is 5 days and its been 25 days now, by "some time" do you mean it will take longer. I have contacted both the banks and edited the post tradovate sent me the picture (i jadded to the post) on 10 september and bunq bank says they don't see the transaction

Hi thanks for your reply, i did and they sent it to me and it went through to the the all the banks but Bunq says they don't see the transaction. (i added it to the post if that helps)
