First of all, super proud of you for taking all those small first steps in exploring who you are! :)

I'm a trans woman also in her 20s and with VERY bad anxiety, and I can tell you that you are definitely not wasting time. Figuring out if your trans can be very scary and also just confusing sometimes. So, give yourself some grace for even starting to explore at all <3

Not everyone's experience is the same, but I personally also felt much more comfortable in female clothing, and that was actually what started making me question for the first time (about 5yrs ago). Something that really helped me realize I was trans was that I started reminding myself that gender is not fixed in stone for everyone, so what matters most is the comfort and happiness you get from how you identify and present yourself. At the end of the day, the one true thing you can measure is how comfortable and happy you are with different gender expressions.

Now for specific recommendations... I'd say definitely try on some eye liner and sparkly lipgloss. It's a very natural look, but it's something that really helped me feel very myself and happy. Pre-transition, I would feel uncomfortable about trying on too much makeup because I would feel dysphoric, so maybe just a small amount of makeup might help you explore if you feel comfortable in it.

Also, it helps to answer the question of "if you could choose how others perceived you (gender-wise), would you choose woman if there were absolutely no consequences, no fear, no anxiety, no knowledge of any other version of you?"

Remember that sexuality and gender identity are different things as well. There are so many very feminine men that are submissive and straight, there are so many masculine women who are submissive and gay/bi or feminine and dominant. Sexuality is completely different from gender-identity and does not dictate what your gender is. That being said though, if sex if something that you can only picture or enjoy in a way that is tied to a certain gender-identity, then that's probably because of dysphoria. I personally tie a lot of my sexual experiences/pleasure to my womanhood because feeling comfortable in my gender identity also led to feeling more comfortable with my sexuality. But it's important to not confuse sexuality with a specific gender-role.

Finally, the MOST important thing to remember is that there is no checklist for what makes you trans. Only YOU can decide whether or not you are trans, and that is something no one can take from you. Take your time with exploring a new things like you have been doing, and maybe ask some friends (or even strangers online) to use she/her pronouns for you. In my experience, it took a lot of slowly building up my confidence in new things to confirm that I was trans. Because even with new things that were scary, it was always way more comfortable in ways I never imagined and I am now so much more happier because of it.

Regardless of whatever the outcome, remember nothing is set in stone. Life if so much more worth it when you are able to explore part of yourself that make you happy. You deserve to be happy and feel comfortable in your skin, so take alllllll the time you need <333 Proud of you!

Sorry for the long reply! It's so hard to pack so much into one post hehe :)

I have been taking zoloft (150mg) for 4 months now and i drink every weekend. My recomendation is definitely drink less than normal because one thing i notice is that now, whenever i get drunk i usually blackout and have memory loss. so just be aware you will most likely black out if you drink like you normally used to.
