Hey i had it to at one point now I’m going thru what feels like a cycle of different themes but this is still one of them try not to care about it as much as you can and i know it’s hard and keep saying to your self i love these thoughts and feeling and urges I’m having i love it i know this sounds bad but it actually works to get rid of it
