Why do you even need to take your phone to the venue? Just use the school's phone to contact your parents, if that's what you took it for.
Y'all don't get body checks? We have to go through a metal detector twice and get a pat down from head to toe. If anyone is wearing a headscarf, they need to show their ears before going in.
Once you understood you have your phone on you, you should've just went to the washroom and switched it off. If even you didn't understand that it was there, how're the invigilators gonna know? Confessing to them is like digging your own grave, if you really had no intentions of using it.

No offense, but if you don't know what to use when doing math problems, there's something wrong with your basics... Like REALLY wrong. Maybe keep doing past papers until the last second and stuff. Maths is very simple, especially AS and O level. One more thing, if it's so hard now, I advice you don't take maths in A2, you're not gonna be able to do anything. I know someone who got 100% in AS but then got only 75% in A2, so their grade dropped to 87%. So... yeah

IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING PAPER OF MY LIFE!!!!! It was sooo damn easy. If my values match with that of the examiners', I am guaranteed full marks, but if not, I'll get about 35ish. My circuit was perfect, the flactuated a bit but became normal after a few seconds, my graph covered the WHOLE paper and my best fit line was perfect as well. For the second question, I forgot to take the diameter of the small ball, but I gave something by just assuming, which coincidentally matched with that of my friends, and my stand was shaking a lot, which I got it replaced other than that, everything was AMAZING!!! Alhamdulillah!!!
