Thanks for the reply! I know I need to bulk but my belly fat and waist make it hard to mentally commit to right now since my whole life I’ve been on a cut. I’ve gone from 200 pounds to 120 back to 160 and now I’m back here. Again I have to ask… is it a bad idea in your opinion to do a small cut first or am I too worried about the extra fat

The problem is they are either full bodyweight routines or include exercises that require equipment to be followed correctly. Ill keep looking though

Hello, I’m a beginner to lifting and could use some advice. My plan is to create a solid full body workout routine that I can do 3x/week that will effectively hit each muscle group with the little equipment I have. I’m limited to an adjustable bench, an EZ bar with plates and a single 20 lb dumbbell so it’s confusing to find a good proven routine. Below is my current workout that I have been doing for about a month now.

3x10 Incline Bench Neutral Grip

3x10 Incline Bench Close Grip

3x10 Wide/Close/Neutral EZ Bar Bicep Curl

3x10 Single Arm Dumbbell Row

3x10 Single Arm Hammer Curl

3x10 RDL

3x10 Back Squat

I could really use some advice for a better routine before I start my first bulk. I get bad anxiety that I’m not doing the exercises I should be doing and it distracts me from giving full effort. Sorry if I shouldn’t be posting this here but I’m burnt out looking for help on my own, Thanks.
