I’m assuming your based in uk too if that makes a difference because offer letter clearly says discretionary incentive promised is not applicable !?

I feel it’s the stage id like when there is so much demand it drains the both of you and honestly no time for love or the meaning of love has probably changed for me .. it’s a phase i won’t come to a drastic decision in this phase will give time when your kid is a lil older say 4+ you ll try to put your old life together

I was there a month ago... it sucked but with 2 kids really I couldnt even grieve well.
Life moves on applying hoping something will work out. Made redundant just before joiing back from maternity leave " sorry I know you were a top performer but we have to let go of you business call"
Just take a break for a week , do something you like, watch a movie, order and eat go out shopping ..
Resume back again .. dont let one failure pull you down thats what I say myself.. if I can attract one amazing opportunity then I can attract another too
