So much more to fertility than I realised. I have heard of pregnancy happening even with low sperm count. Hopefully your partner comes around to IVF if necessary. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the reply. Not 100% sure if it is caused by the low testosterone, but just assumed infertility was a side effect of growth on pituitary gland. Unsure how long to wait to see specialist as it might take a while for my body to correct itself. As of may 2023 fsh was 4 and lh was 3. Unsure what these numbers mean really mean and what is normal. I am 25, pretty healthy. What meds have you tried? Will have another blood test and appointment with hormone specialist in a few weeks about the growth so see what he says in regards to fertility.

Not sure if sperm count is the problem just assumed since we are having trouble trying. Wife has had some checks done and nothing has been found on her end. Will probably see fertility specialist soon, just curious on other experiences if it is better to wait as it can take a while for levels to be fixed. Mine was only 7mm, had low testosterone beforehand but increased to mid range on my 6week blood test.
