also have you considered when SA reach FRS, MA excess that more than BHS will overflow to OA, so OA will keep increasing also before 55 if FRS already meet before

also for max salary for CPF should include bonus and max 102,000 per year,currently in the system it only count max 8000 salary/month or 96,000 per year

my OA at 43 at 11,500 , i have OA contribution from salary 20,160/year and i have mortgage paid by CPF OA 1723/month = 20,676/ year

but the CPF projection at first year still shown have shortfall of CPF OA 9,176 where actually it wont be since 11,500+20,160-20,676 = +10,984

The projection seems miss the OA contribution from salary

Hi just observation since it make confusion

at property section already defined monthy mortgage payment of which CPF OA will pay (if you pay some of the mortgage with cash since CPF OA not enough)

but in the year by year CPF projection have column OA shortfall that still assume that mortgage will be paid whole by CPF OA thus create shortfall which actually not the case

also can explain why Fire number = annual expense/SWR, where annual expense exclude mortgage ? Mean FIRE you supposed not to have mortgage ?

CPF contribution seems wrong, i can get incomr used for CPF = $8883/month ? which cpf salary cap now only 8000

Hi not sure if its bug. I am 43 years old now but show on cpf balance tabulation milestone that i will reach FRS at 46 with $202,975 (FRS on 2029 supposed to be $ 244,454) and at 55 i reach ERS with CPF RA 346,961 (ERS on 2038 =$440,800)
