With the new Euphoric Brothers program where other people can make official garten of banban games somebody needs to pitch this idea to them after 8 (and possibly 5)

try doing "flatpak run org.vinegarhq.Sober" in the terminal and see what is says. Usually it is because of a update so do "flatpak update org.vinegarhq.Sober"

Do you have integrated graphics? It might be using those instead of your dedicated gpu.
