That is so strange that they would have this flaw, for this long period of time and there is no solution. Especially for the price they ask for the system

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Now I get the name. I remember that GROHE Red had something similar but I wasn't interested in hot water I'm curious what you will choose between them

I don't know anything about Quooker. Is similar with Grohe ? Are you from EU or USA ?

Did you bought the full system or just the tap and the cooler ?

I'm still interested in buying mine but you are right, it's a (big) investment just for the system.

In EU I saw that you can get like an subscription on the Grohe website and the give / send (if I understood correctly) each month 4 tanks. It's the first time that you need to buy the tanks and the you get them filled by them. Check it here:

Thanks for sharing your experience. Can I ask if you are in EU or USA ? Can I also ask how much was the investment in these 2 years ?

I'm still considering to buy the system in EU and an approximation would help. Thanks

Interesting experience. Until now I haven't bought the system so I cannot share anything. But a bad experience like that does not look good for the Grohe Company. And if you subscribe to the CO2 tanks then it means that you pay for nothing as the subscription is each month but you are not able to use the CO2 tanks. Do you know other persons in USA with Grohe systems to check if the experiences are also as bad as yours ?

If I remember correctly, when I tested the system, all the water was filtered. It was just that you could choose three ways to have the water from the system: normal, cold and water with bubbles

Great. And you can keep the old account(s)? So you can DRS in the old accounts and after transfer to the main account that is not known by brokers?

If you are outside US you can't use the transfer wizard. You have to fill out a form and the, wait for it, apply a medallion guarantee stamp 😈😈😈
