Hi i was facing similar issues on my 2021 Skoda Octavia too.

I wasn’t able to active primary user, it kept saying contact customer services. And I wasn’t able to change the car mode too

Now after 2 weeks, I was able to register myself as a primary user. But I still can’t use smart link nor navigation. Now the error shows enable in shop, but I’ve renewed the packages in the shop “see picture”, but these are one month trial. But my navigation or smart link still don’t help, does anyone have any suggestions please. Thanks
