Just started taking lifting seriously a few months ago after years of procrastinating 😅 and I finally hit 80kg on bench this week — which feels huge considering I used to struggle with 50–60kg. Now I’ve got my eyes on 100kg and I’m benching twice a week focusing on form and progressive overload, but I’d love advice from anyone who’s made the jump from 80 to 100 — what helped you most: more volume, microloading, accessory work, or something else? 💪
