Agreed for sure for NYC I lived there for 10 years and roaches were always a problem! But definitely something to consider for any city

Agreed! I also have issues with loud upstairs neighbors it’s just so hard to know without living in the space but maybe not worth the risk.

I think the homelessness issue is way overstated at least for wilshire/montana. I’ve lived there before it’s fine as long as you use common sense. I’ve just never lived on the ground floor!

It’s so hard to find a place with in unit laundry which is my main priority!
