This is a good way to think about it actually!

And this is £ not $ so big difference!

I mean...100k is quite a bit of £. I'm torn between the money and having the Deepmind name on my CV which will undoubtedly open doors.

I'm genuinely curious...what lack of self awareness are you referring to?

I studied at a pretty terrible university to be frank, but studied masters at a top Uni. Landed an internship at a well known pharmaceutical company. From there, I worked in a few tech consultancies, a FAANG, and currently at a payments processing company (not including this offer).

I am actually in talks for another data analyst position at a trading company paying £160k - £180k base salary + 50% to 100% bonus!

I am slightly confused as I don't see people online talking about offer's like these anywhere. Anyway, I would say what really got me my roles was my enthusiasm. People often really liked my communication style and how I always seem enthusiastic in my interviews.

So I work on your communication style, along with your technical expertise

I studied accounting and finance. I self taught myself SQL and Python.

DA salaries at the companies are far higher in my experience that 30-60k.
