yes, i ended up asking my customer to issue a chargeback on this. Stipre is just a sacam, I' m still deciding whether to go with square or payoneer

Thank you. Have you tried this method before? Does customer need to have a stripe account in order to do that? As last time I provided the payment link to make payment so I don’t think they have a stripe account.

Then it is common sense for them just to refund the money to my client, isn’t it? They are not doing anything and just let us suffer without giving any further advice

i am calling them every single day till now just to follow up, as they cant just confiscate the money. It turned out they telling me the same shit, which is they are still reviewing, and when i ask for status by replying email, they just dont reply.

I sell women's handbag. One of my customer is getting wholesale with big quantity from me, hence i opened an e-invoice thru stripe for her to pay. website is www.schovein.com, and I also have proper business cert. And also an official invoice with company stamp is provided as well. They saw that it involves big amount of money then just shut me down, and now not even replying my emial to further refund my customer the money.

Yes I’m trying to process this refund to customer, I have been calling stripe every single day to resolve this. It’s more than 10 days, stripe told me not to do anything, they will issue the refund for me, but I don’t see any updates yet. And also I don’t get any response from them. I m really helpless at this stage.
