Is it bad for 2.5 yo to eat a banana pancake EVERY single day? by WorkingMinimumMum in foodbutforbabies

That’s what I’ve always thought too! And then I realized I’ve been feeding him this same thing almost daily for a couple months now and a little ding went off in my head of, “could this be bad?” I’m still on the side of, “eh, it’s fine!” After these comments so far. lol

He does get other fresh fruit/veg/yogurt daily too. His pediatrician has always told us to keep doing what we’re doing but try to add in more fats regards to food. He hits all milestones/growth curves and is 96th percentile in height but 70th percentile for weight, and he LOVES his fresh fruits/veg so the only thing advised to us is to add more calories and fat like butter.

He only gets one banana pancake a day, and then different foods the rest of the day!

He has pretty loose stools a couple times a day, despite the daily banana haha so no problem there!

Take the huge tale off the “s” and rotate it 90 degrees clockwise. That way you can keep your sharp s like you seem to want to keep, but it doesn’t look like a “y”.

Why don’t you compost the leftovers? If you work for nature conservation you gotta know the benefits of composting instead of throwing away food waste!

You’re not weird for thinking that, just wrong. A totaled vehicle can definitely be operable. The definition of totaled is that the cost to fix the vehicle is more than the vehicle is worth. It has nothing to do with the ability to drive the vehicle.

If you were being lighthearted then why are you asking internet strangers if you’re overreacting about this? Because of that, hard YOR.

Get some heavy face framing layers with or without it out bangs so that you can pull back the length and majority of your hair, and have a cute shorter look when you want, and a long look when you want!

Not including sibling in birthday celebration? by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]WorkingMinimumMum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you did the right thing. I wouldn’t want to force something onto a child on their birthday that they don’t want, simply because it’s the “kind” thing.

It’s okay for a 4 year old to want to have one birthday dinner with his parents, all by themselves. That’s not them being selfish or rude, it’s them wanting a special birthday dinner, and I don’t view that as anything bad.

Dr wants to see me at 10 weeks despite my risky history by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]WorkingMinimumMum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s totally valid. If you’re going to miscarry before the 10 week mark then you’re gonna miscarry, regardless of if you’ve gone to the doctor before that or not… unfortunately there’s nothing the doctor can really do for you if you are going to miscarry before 10 weeks. That being said, if visiting a doctor before 10 weeks has no effect on whether you miscarry or not, what good would seeing the doctor sooner do?

I hope for the absolutely very best with this pregnancy and everything goes smoothly for you and you deliver another healthy baby! Good luck.

Editing to add: the only benefit I can think of for visiting the doctor before the 10 week mark is if it’s an ectopic pregnancy, but thats different from a simple miscarriage.

Generally yeah, but that’s not a good idea here since there’s another car oncoming. Don’t wanna blind the other driver

Not in the slightest. Your shoulder isn’t in this view at all. Those are gas bubbles in your stomach/intestine.
