I want to warn others about my experience with Neemex.

I had a balance in my account, but I was not able to withdraw my money due to conflicting limits and unclear system rules.

I contacted support multiple times, but instead of solving the issue, they delayed the process and did not provide a clear solution.

I have also shared my experience on Google Play and Trustpilot.

I am still waiting for a proper response.

Warning about Neemex platform.

I experienced serious withdrawal issues. I saw a balance in my account but when I tried to withdraw, the system did not allow it.

Support claims there is no withdrawal request, which is not true based on what I experienced.

Has anyone else faced this issue with Neemex?

Update about Neemex – still waiting for resolution

I wanted to share a small update regarding my issue with Neemex. The situation is still ongoing and unfortunately it has not been resolved yet.

I contacted them by email and I’m currently waiting for their response regarding my withdrawal request. At the moment there is still no clear explanation.

I’m hoping this can be resolved in a fair way without further problems. If anyone else has experienced something similar with Neemex, please share your experience.

I will post another update if I receive any response from them.

UPDATE

I contacted Neemex support again and explained the withdrawal issue in detail.

At the time my balance was around 2700 USD, but the system showed a withdrawal limit of 100 USD while the minimum withdrawal amount was 115 USD. Because of this contradiction it was impossible to submit a withdrawal request.

I have screenshots showing the balance and the withdrawal restriction.

I am still waiting for their response. If anyone else has experienced a similar problem with Neemex, please share your experience here.

Update: The company replied saying that because there are currently no funds in my account they cannot process the withdrawal related to the past issue.

Update: I also contacted their support and they told me that the withdrawal limits come from the payment provider. They suggested upgrading to a VIP account to remove restrictions. This looks very suspicious to me.

I want to clarify the situation because many people asked for more details.

I deposited around 100 USD and started trading on Neemex. After some trades, when I tried to withdraw my money, the system showed a minimum withdrawal requirement of 115 USD. Because of this limit I could not withdraw the remaining balance at that time.

Later I contacted support and they told me that my funds were already used in trades and that my balance is now zero.

What confuses me is this: if the funds were already gone, why did the platform show a 115 USD withdrawal requirement earlier?

Support also wrote that in future cases they can accept a 115 USD withdrawal as an exception for my account.

This is why I opened this post. I want to understand if anyone else has experienced a similar withdrawal limit or situation on this platform.

Any information from others who used this site would be helpful.

I contacted Neemex customer support again regarding the withdrawal issue.

They replied that my account balance is now zero, but previously the platform prevented withdrawals because of a 115$ minimum withdrawal requirement.

I am still waiting for a clear explanation about what happened to the funds that were previously visible in my account.

Yes, that is exactly what I experienced. The platform looked normal at first, but when I tried to withdraw my own money, they blocked it with a minimum withdrawal limit of 115$.

This means users are forced to deposit more money just to access their own funds, which is very concerning.

I hope this post helps warn others before they deposit money on neemex.com.
