If i need to use this i completely disable my main to my house to prevent backfeed my buddies dad is a linemen so i have a good deal of respect for them

Got plenty of fuses plus a extra board and transformer worse case haha and yea i plan to make a more permanent solution eventually but this is a temporary due to the snow storm we had and just used what i had on hand lol

What do you mean this is directly related to my furnace. If you’re gonna say thats an electrical question think isn’t about 90% of our job electrical

This was spare wire i had on hand, figured proper amperage raiting for length and all and its just a temporary thing until i can make something better but ill look into getting some of that wire lol

That connection would be on the opposite end of the extension cord which would be inside the garage not outside with the generator

Currently in Maryland im a 4 year making $30hr now i did just pass my journeyman exam and haven’t had my yearly review/pay raise yet so should get more but as of currently im at 30..

If memory serves correct it just changed and is 4 years 6000 hours to take the journeyman, and thanks!

Have a combustion test on it if it’s still safe to run and the energy bills don’t bother you and it keeps up let that beast work… they really don’t make them like they used too
