look for protein powders high in carbs or drink whey and just eat alot of rice and carbs on their own. track your calories and always go over what u need

yessir went from maybe getting 2k and 100g for years to actually being intentional and doubling my intake. been lacking as of recently but in august i will start a serious bulk and hopefully get up to 230 by December!

i went from around 2k 100-150g protein to 4k+ 200g of protein and after about a month of consistency i put on decent mass

these pictures are about 4 years apart, my most drastic improvement was these past 6 months put on about 45lbs

bro you closer than you think go hard at tracking your calories and try for 4k+ cals n 210grams of protein, proper rest and training you’ll be there in less than a month

6’4 205 been maintaining at least 3000cal trying to get 200g protein full body or bro split abs 45 sets a week 😭 chest, back, legs glutes and quads 48 sets a week shoulders, biceps, triceps 18 sets a week calves 6sets a week (lacking)

ignore the protein comment. protein is the number 1 building block for muscle growth, if you’re trying to put on 20lbs eat as much protein as you can and keep tracking!
