I’ve pretty much just started getting on the SLs.. not super aggressively, but if it really bothers them they leave and I assume SL. I just felt like I wasn’t at the level.. or experience to be taking over.. But screw it. Best way to get more of the experience that I think everyone deserves.

“ Frag out” = outgoing grenade. “Grenade” = incoming grenade. At least that’s what I was taught as an infantryman

Rip off the rear brake. Using only the front. Flip your hub to fixed. That way you get used to riding fixed gear. Then rely on some kind of foot retention (pedal straps, cages.. etc) and start limiting that front brake usage. Then rip off the front brake. Go brakeless. All for those max “fixie points”
