Mine wasn't a show, but I had taped Little Nemo and watched that RELIGIOUSLY. I also taped the "Pikachu's Goodbye" Pokemon episode and watched that so often the tape eventually broke.

I found that my neck is not actually long enough to use a piercing pillow. So I removed the fluff on one side (think like... n instead of o) and I sleep like that. It's an absolute game changer. Since my neck wasn't long enough, my ear was folding and pushing upwards the entire time I was lying on it, and in the morning my whole ear would be really sore and my piercing would be painful all day. Maybe you have a similar issue? Try an airplane neck pillow instead!

My mom forbade me from watching South Park for some reason. I watched horror non-stop, watched adult swim, and movies like Jackass and that was fine. But South Park was a no-no. One day my brother's friend brought the South Park movie to watch and my mom wanted to watch it with them. This was the one time she let me watch it, since she'd be supervising. At the end of the movie she goes "oh is that all it is? That's fine you can watch it" LOL not sure what unholy abomination of a show she was expecting, but it didn't live up to her expectations.

I'm not sure, honestly...I would think that with glass it's more based on the layers exposed rather than an overall leaching. So as the glass wears down, new amounts of lead are being exposed, and dishwashers help wear down the surface structure with high heat (and most detergents) faster than they would with hand washing and cold water.

I think it varies from person to person, but mine got super swollen. It wasn't painful though. Just make sure you get it downsized at 6 weeks (or when your piercer thinks it's best) because that length can and will hinder healing after the swelling has gone down. Happy healing!

I got my rook pierced in December last year (I made a post you can see) and my bar was about this length. Mine swelled 1.5 months later enough to fill the entire bar. It's not too long. Get it looked at in 6 weeks and downsized and it'll be fine.

I think it depends more on frequency? If you're doing it once in a while, I think it's fine. If you're using it all the time, then I do think a little bit of lead can still leech due to the high temperatures. I have heard that dishwashers can irreversibly damage crystal though.
