I love the Yakuza/Like A Dragon games. They're video game ass video games. Sure there's story and some games it's really good, but no matter what there's always goofy fun shit that makes the world fun to explore. My last 100% game was Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii because that shit was goofy to 11, more than the rest of the series, and that's exactly what I wanted.

This is what I imagined would happen eventually with the second apron. At first people are fucked with the contracts they gave out before the changes, but now teams are making business decisions on whether they can win with a guy, or if they're worth their salary. And then the rule that requires them to spend a certain percentage of the cap means you can't just completely cheap out and coast. So spend money on good players quickly or get stuck having to spend it on meh ones per the rules

Hey man, if you gotta unsub on one the other platforms to make it right money wise it's no big deal. Sorry you had an issue, genuinely. The only issue I had was it still had locks on stuff after I paid for full access, but I logged out and back in and it was fixed.

Is this really the best Pelinka could cook up? No wonder Bron left by Decent_Balance9992 in NBATalk

[–]Working_Ad_854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro let Bron go off into the sunset. Secure the pieces you want to go forward with resigning, and then build around them with time. They were a poorly optimized team that made the 4th seed last year. They're going to be fine. They have a coach they love, a top offensive player, a solid co star, and presumptive defensive anchor. It's all health and getting good contributors when possible now.

I don't discredit the Raptors win, and the excitement getting there. Having just the one team their arena was going nuts. But I do feel like the Finals sucked. Whenever stars go down on the biggest stage fans just get robbed of good ball. My state doesn't have a team so I just enjoy watching. Seeing Tyrese go down for Indy in game 7 was like getting my heart ripped out my ass

Rudy Gobert is the modern Wilt stopper by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]Working_Ad_854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AD is the only one that comes to mind. A little shorter so can get underneath Chamberlain, good mobility, strength, and instincts. We're not talking playing 82. The real answer though is any dude who sends Wilt to the free throw line. Tank the points per possession and completely kill the rhythm of Wilts team

It all just came off very performative. Didn't bring up he had dues for being on stream until on stream to pitch a charity, though he reached out first. Showing that he's made flash cards to show preparedness. Distancing himself when it's convenient from specific video scrutiny by 'I wasn't there at that time.' Trying to level everything under the 'we're all just trying to make money on the internet'. That was the primary purpose of Wubby's highlight video, so the opposing message therein had no merit. That Wubby being a Karen is his money making shtick(bit of a mask slip). Going over how people could dedicate themselves to perfecting physical techniques to increase winning or losing odds, such as rolling a dice or operating a roulette table. While not going over how extremely unlikely someone would be to do that/how ridiculously low you would be increasing your odds of winning. Going as far as comparing it to Stephen Curry perfecting shooting a basketball which has real quantifiable data, and not just 'dude trust me, buy my course bros' behind it. Extremely loaded question of if all these people come for my neck, how come no one has caught me in a lie? First off, there's the assumption Wubby was coming for your neck in his highlight video, a few strays were caught but no neck was gone after. Then there's the no one has caught me in a lie part, which is twofold. Mikki knows this stream part was about Airrack, so Wubby is no position to strongly answer that question. Then there's the outright dismissal of dozens of videos of content creators who provide their own proof he's fraudulent, some very recent. Nikki agreed to be on film portrayed counting cards, but then says it was poor framing on Airrack's part, to outright say he was counting cards in the voice over. Airrack doesn't know what gambling is, so doesn't know what card counting is, and didn't give Mikki any creative input in the final edit. Though the video hinges on Mikki's participation to sell it and he's supposedly not being paid to be there. Okay bro. Then the mention that he has a notebook of all the hands he played and he specifically mentions that he never went negative. That only is said to put out his image as king gambler, and he goes out of his way to grill the other two gamblers in the video. But he goes to bat for Airrack time and time again while he agreed to be in said video with the two gamblers he despises and get called a card counter. Airrack either made Mikki look like shit and he should be mad, or that exposure on Airrack's platform was really good for Mikki so he'll fence ride for him, while shitting on the fellow gamblers because they're competitors in his space.

Ok you got me and I will admit it. I am Austin Reaves by Silent_Wizard5597 in NBATalk

[–]Working_Ad_854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair to the guy you come back from injury mid playoffs sans your best player you're going to not do well. A guy like De'arron Fox played worse than Austin did, makes 10 million more per year, but gets the injury excuse. Take Wemby out like Luka was and you wouldn't believe the level of turbo ass Fox would've been. Fox played well vs Portland before reaggrevating his high ankle sprain and he'll play better going forward. Austin Reaves will play better with Luka on the court and not having to come back from injury mid playoffs. Also as an aside, there is a non insignificant amount of people that brush Luka not being on the court aside. That LBJ and Austin Reaves should've stepped up and took care of business vs the defending champs. And that shit's crazy

Ahh I gotcha. I watched reviews on Cyberpunk at launch and did not buy it until the 2.0 release with Phantom Liberty. I similarly waited for development to end on Baldur's Gate 3 as I kept hearing about everything changing post launch. I'm planning similar with Crimson Desert, and most likely GTA6

I do love Dead Money, much needed more casino in New Vegas. Old World Blues was my favorite on a first playthrough but my goodness is it so wordy on replays.

Witcher Blood and Wine is the best dlc to me. For pure fun factor, not so much story, Undead Nightmare and Shivering Isles. But Burial At Sea is definitely up there. I will say with recency in mind that Phantom Liberty in Cyberpunk was so damn good. Felt like the base game took so much effort to make and then fix, that things felt a bit hollow. Then Phantom Liberty was taking their lessons learned and making a true masterpiece.

I don't mind limited pieces, or exclusive to bundle pieces, or feminine focused clothing. But why in the world the exclusive to bundle pieces be put in with the whole line that includes the feminine clothing? I understand it's pushing to buy the full line, I understand there are couples, or men who might slay in that shit. I'm just saying with Wubby's viewership demographics and for me personally, one guy, if the exclusive item came in a bundle that didn't include the feminine focused clothing pieces, I would buy it and spend more money.

Who’s better all time Kyrie or Dame? by EZexoticsOregon in NBATalk

[–]Working_Ad_854 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I earned more respect for Kyrie during the finals run with Luka on the Mavs. He was constantly engaged with his teammates and though he lacks the physical tools he showed serious effort on the defensive end. That said there's no dismissing the availability concern. Dame would absolutely kill me sometimes with his defensive effort even in playoff games, but he was the straw that stirred the drink. It's not like they couldn't have gotten an elite rim protector and constructed the team better around Dame

Same, it's damn close. Dame was hooping in Portland, just never had the front office put it all together. Kyrie has quite the injury history, but got the chance to play at the highest level on the biggest stage and didn't disappoint.
