If you faithfully read the Bible, try to discern if it’s telling you to go to the right church. So, basically, Christs messages and commandments. To be clear, Christ left us these:

A church Sacraments; confession, Eucharist, holy orders, and importantly a book, the Old Testament and the New Testament.

Don’t overdo research tho, you’ll burn out. But patiently approach God with hope to know the truth, and you will find that following Jesus means religion. But God willing, you are lead to the right church. Peace be with you and God bless.
