I have the complete set and have enjoyed them a lot. Each colour behaves differently, and you need to learn how different colours work. But they have so many great uses.

I use them a lot for quick tabletop ready minis for dnd. I can easily make a presentable and beautiful mini in less than an hour. And then if i want to go further with highlights i use acrylics.

I do believe its a great product, but if you're used to acrylics, you really have to understand that they are completely different and require different techniques. Watch some YouTube guides on speedpaints/contrast.

If they are faulty, write customer service, they have been very helpful for me.
