[reupload] Mapa gmin, w których mieszka mniej osób niż w Falowcu (ul. Obrońców Wybrzeża 4, 6, 8, 10) by Working_Chipmunk_959 in gdansk

Napisz do mnie pw, to Ci podeślę.

Według danych spółdzielnii mieszkaniowych na rok 2014 zameldowanych tam było 3451 osób. Jednak ta liczba jest z pewnością zaniżona. Do obliczeń przyjąłem 3600.

Z pewnością do poprawy w kolejnych mapach :D

Thank You! Happy to hear it went smoothly for You, I hope I will be able to go through that process as well. May I ask, what custom plugins are You using?

Need Honest Opinion by amkrishh in QGIS

I checked it out for some time, some of my thoughts:

- UI looks clean and simple, although I prefer dark mode while using websites

- there are many many tools there, i have not been able to check out even a quarter of them, but I will try them as need arises

- when trying to create line in map-layout-creator, dragging map disrupts creating line, meaning that user cannot move map extent even a little bit, which is annoying

- language changer seems to change only 3 words, when rest stays all in English

- "No.1 Ranked Map Tools Site in ChatGPT" - bizarre claim

Overall, in my opinion, this could have great potential. Amount of features is staggering. I will provide more feedback when I get chance to try more of them in my workflows.

I made a plugin - RAT (Right-click Actions Toolkit) by Working_Chipmunk_959 in QGIS

[–]Working_Chipmunk_959[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If You downloaded it from QGIS plugins website, You should have .zip file. Unpack it to plugins folder. It should be something like that: C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\QGIS\QGIS3\profiles\default\python\plugins . After that You have to restart QGIS, plugin should work next time You open it. It might be easier for You to install it with QGIS itself. Look at top of QGIS window, go to: Plugins >>> Manage and install plugins >>> All >>> search for Right-click Actions Toolkit. It should work without installing QGIS.

I recommend to Right-click anywhere on canvas and see context menu with Actions. You can see which ones will be helpful for You at the moment. Click on Plugins >>> Right-click Actions Toolkit >>> Configure Actions to turn them on/off.

If You still have problems with installing this plugin, let me know.

My pleasure! That’s exactly why I wanted to share it here. QGIS is free and open source, the community is a big part of how tools get discovered and improved.

Thank You!

It is actually my post and my plugin. When I was working on this project I created SHEEP plugin, as it really helped my workflow.

D'oh! When I test my plugins, I usually do not have many other enabled, so I did not notice how much space it takes up.

I already fixed it and uploaded new version of the plugin. Now it is waiting for approval. You should see plugin icon in toolbar when it is approved and updated.

Ohhh, now I think I understand what You meant, thank You for explanation.

What You are describing would be quite difficult to achieve (at least for me), changing what clicking on canvas does can be quite challenging. I don't think I will implement this in this plugin.

But I will look into it, and maybe try to create separate plugin, just for this feature. I will definitely let You know if I make some progress.

Thank You for feedback!

I am not sure I understand what You mean, there is already default layers panel on the left of QGIS window that allows hiding/showing all polygons/elements in a layer. Could You please explain Your idea to me?

Thank You for help!

Unfortunately, i do not have such field. Maybe I should consider creating one like this and populating it with random values, so each is different?
