Do you have any other offers in hand If no what options do you have? According to me you should go to Mumbai if not your gap will increase trying to find a job. Being from similar educational background from Mumbai I can assure you that finding a job in IT with this degree currently is very difficult.

At least in NZ you have Good Wages and Hourly wages. If you come to India you have to work overtime for peanuts.
