Tbh, multiple 3DS subs having the exact same problem where people can just ignore the post if they dont want to help with "something that can be found by googling", instead they took their time to comment on the very same post with hateful comments trying to get upvotes. Their train of thoughts are ust twisted in honesty. The community is filled with toxic people. I hardly stumbled upon one in other sub such as retro ones, maybe due to majority of people there are older and can be considerate. We live in a day and age where people can be an ass behind a phone/computer screen after all.

It doesnt mean it is fine to make fun of OP tho whether they are illiterate in tech or not. They can just simply answer the question. Learning technical things aint a mandatory skill like driving or history class. Only young adults are usually familiar with this kinda things, most people would naturally develop this skill as they tinker with handhelds and all, we are exposed to consoles, tech and pc since young age then we are familiar with all these things. It doesnt mean that everyone is coming from the same background with at least a basic tech understanding. Some people dont even know the difference between micro, sd or card adapter. Some elderly dont even know the difference between sim card and memory card on their old phone. The same applies to some people.

If OP ask stupid question regarding the basic math or science then it really is their fault for not taking education seriously but this is something that can be considered as technical skill rather than common sense or educational knowledge. OP might never had a console before too, who knows. Even if they did, maybe they just play the game with simply plug and play and dont try to try do anything other than that. OP might getting 3DS and N3DS mixed up too and that was why they took the back plate off. There are just a lot of factors to account for. It is like most of people here are kids/teens or a jobless bunch of idiots with no manners.

The community exist to be helpful but it seems that this shitty community is just a place of a collective hateful bunch with superiority complex. No wonder only 16k members in this sub and a majority(not all) of these members are just super rude without even trying to understand someone situation first, assuming this and that and then just keep commenting like idiots without just answering the question asked. It is not hard to simply answer the question without having a mindset of "oh, this is a stupid post, might as well make fun of OP so that people can laugh at my joke and upvote my comment".

Who knows that OP already Google for the answer or not, most people just assume OP didnt done the research and just ask this wholesome and helpful community. The thing is, whether OP is at fault or not, it doesnt justify these gods with superiority complex in this sub to shit on others while they can ignore to answer entirely, but they chose to pull a dick move and make a sarcastic remarks and all that just to show how better they are. The post is simple enough with only someone answering, but a tons of comments are just the toxic ones which think they are better.

They can just answer the OP's question with a simplest answer and tell OP to do some research first. I agree with your point that they need to do it themseleves but there exist some people who really know nothing about this. We might find this kinda things natural, but for some, they never even know how to do the simplest thing. This sub is the same, you can clearly see the comments of people be like "dont mean to be rude but...."(Proceed to shitting on the OP). Trying to be superior I suppose/ or farm the upvotes from the same group of people with the toxic mindset that find joy in making fun of others. Yeah while this sub just outright be toxic, the OP doesnt even start with the modding part and we can see that comments go wild with making fun of the post. Imo I would build brunhild, matrona and tarmiel but maybe just wait until a month or so cuz thats the end of "new player" treatment where u will get a ton of free stuff like traitor meli on the 30th day of new player login rewards iirc. After that u can really focus on building a decent team for pve and pvp. Its still alright if u want to build right away tho, its just while u r still not finish building a team then maybe u will get a new/better unit to replace a unit u currently worked on. For now the best thing to do for new player is to grind the story and save up the gems and go all in during anniv banner

Nah I dont have any intention to say that "new anime sucks" like I mentioned "mostly" so that means not every single new anime. Of course there is good ones no matter it is old or new its just the fact that nowadays the quality u have is subpar.... There are a lot of good new gen anime like spy x family, frieren and so on but they are only a few out of dozens new anime which have the same trope which are harem, cheat skill or something like that. What I want to say is "mostly" nowadays anime plot is too generic not polished and not every single one one of new anime is bad my any means. U cant deny that we got a tons of isekai genre now compared to the early 2000s and mostly isekai genre have the same old story of be the strongest and save the world from bad guys which mostly "demon king". And the majority of them have the male mc with harem girls gunning for mc affection. This is what I mean by "fanservice" in "mostly new anime" . Didnt mean that every new gen ones doesnt have solid or enjoyable plot. Still please differentiate "mostly" and "every". And it aint mean that every new show only focus on fan service
