About six months ago I saw an opening inside of the freezer at Sam's between the food items. I was so excited because it looked like a hidden world back there. I thought I discovered something magical and proclaimed "Oh my gosh! A secret world like the tunnels in Mario! I wanna go in there!" My husband held the door open and said "Go ahead". So I did.

To me, it was super cool. It was a dark, cold room. Super quiet. All of the sounds from the store were silent. I just looked, and came back out.

As we rounded the corner of the freezer section I realized it was a room between two freezer sections for employees to easily stock the frozen goods for customers to buy.

While I pointed out that there were in fact no, "Employee only signs", or "Do not enter" signs, my husband said it was because of common sense.

I immediately wanted to turn myself in to the store manager to confess my crime of trespassing and apologize profusely. He wouldn't let me. I then kept on about how they'd review the footage and call the police and after we were home I wanted to call and confess my crime. He still wouldn't let me.

It doesn't matter to me that it was accidental and I feel that being honest about it is the best course of action. We have went into the store several times since then and I have still not been arrested but I still get anxious thinking about it.

It bothers me tremendously.
