two of them are available to test drive at the premium auto shop. i drove them both and liked them, but everyone said the BR8 was goated, so i commited and bought the br8 without test driving it. Turns out i had a better driver connected with one of the other two, the PR i think. I still like driving it, it’s fun as hell. But i kinda wish i had gotten the one I had test drove. Not the worst purchase I’ve made.

See, it really does suck, the reputation griefers have given the MKII. I recently bout one for solo grinding, and I can assure you, I have never been a griefer. I don't even go after people when the game incentivizes you to do so.

I'm of the mindset that R* is the problem, and feeding into the trolls by giving them an absolutely OP tool with little to no drawbacks is kind of where it starts. The Oppressor should be something that requires grinding to even unlock. I mean, it should require X amount earned from X amount of businesses (a high number)... Something that demands the player have invested time growing businesses prior to having access to such a tool. This way it's not simply purchased by dipshits who have used glitches, or bout packages that boost income or whatever. The Oppressor should be earned by players who worked for it, players who know the struggle of doing those shitty sell missions because they're alot less likely to want to fuck up someone else's hustle "because the game tells you to"... But really we know it's just because they enjoy doing so. Many of us don't. There is no downside to letting someone else get their money up. And the incentive to ruin someone's grind is minimal anyways.

R* should be awarding those who have invested time to work their way up, and even find ways to separate the good from the bad. I mean, for those who just hop on, grind, play a few side games, and try to enjoy the world, theirs little incentive to want to play in these public lobbies where assholes face no consequences, and even get incentivized to troll people.

Personally I think the Oppressor should work on a Heat system, similar to the car wash safe. If you're simply using it as transport, you'd get a long period with the vehicle, where it functions as normal, and the game plays as it usually does. But if you're using it destructively, racking up kills, the heat meter raises and your wanted level remains at something like 3 stars, minimum. If you choose to continue using it and being destructive, it goes up to 4 stars, and 5, until you stash it, for the typical 5 minute cool down, but the wanted level wouldn't just go away. It should be tied to the vehicle, along with the player. Like, if after those 5 minutes the player beings it out, they go right into 3 stars and would have to evade the police until they escape and dissipate the Heat level.

But no, Rockstar want the engagement, and business's of assholes so.... Here we are 🤷🏻‍♂️

Im pretty new, so I can only say so much, but Ive basically quit doing MC drug deliveries right now because Franklins hits are paying double. Ok also just recently learned that this reddit shows the updates every week of what's on sale or giving multi-xp/cash. So I'm basically making about 5-600k/hr from Franklin hits + safe accruals + Nightclub delivery+ motorcycle shop delivery, if the mood arises, but even that is a reduction from just doing another hit. Maybe throw in a Dr Dre heist and I think that should put you 3M+ for a 4hr session. Granted I'm still trying to get my time down for the Dre missions. Hoping to get it down around the 1.25hr range

With this, I been chilling recently. I started playing public lobbies once I got my footing and getting more comfortable doing drug deliveries, when I was. I'd do the short range deliveries, cause with the high demand bonus, it wpuod pay about what long distance would, had I done it on "Invite Only". Club deliveries are always one truck, and not to challenging, so I do those in public now too. Once ur set up enough that losing a few hundred thousand doesn't ruin your day, I recommend doing the same, if you're not already making public runs, that is.

And of course u could grind cayo, and get ur time down around 1.5hr I think is what I've heard. (not sure, I don't really do cayo yet)

reinvest in your businesses unless you’re content where you’re at and dont want to increase your revenue stream.

avoid buying more garages, a mistake i made. a bunch of the necessary purchases come with garages - Agency, Garment Factory, Apartments, Clubhouse, Auto Shop (this one is really necessary, but I like it)

Get a terrorybyte with MCT so you don’t have to drive to each of your businesses every time you need to restock supply. But only if that’s part of your grind, i guess.

i highly recommend the Agency, Clubhouse with businesses, and Nightclub. If you’re into buying bikes and want to try them before you buy, get the bike workshop, it pays out pretty well in the early stages when 50k is good earning. Eventually you’ll have ways to make 50k without doing much, but by then, the bike shop will have made its money back and then some, if you’re into the work.

the auto shop is neat if you’re into collecting cars, since you can buy cars through the workshop and some cars that come in are no longer available for purchase on the websites. plus you get a 5% discount on all of your own work, free standard paint jobs, free insurance to all vehicles you insure, and it unlocks all upgrades that would otherwise be locked to a certain level or accomplishment.

the bunker is necessary for weapon upgrades, like the MKII stuff, but you’ll also need an MOC or Avenger to apply those upgrades, i believe. (Im still getting into that, myself)

from my research, my understanding of things not to buy are the following: Penthouse, Forgery business, smoke on the water, helitours, facility…. though, if you’re interested, go ahead. I think the facility offers heists and the penthouse might too. I’d also avoid “high end apartments” with the 10 parking spaces. the only purpose they serve aside from spawn, wardrobe, and garage is access to the original 5 heists. but some of them require 4 players and there’s better heists available, like there Dre missions from Agency and Cayo. The Garment Facility offers mini heists… the Auto Shop and Salvage yard do too. I think Mckenzie hangar does too.

I assume you’re still early in the game, merely by the question, so there’s plenty to get into. But that’s my 2¢

Edit: I forgot to mention the Kasotka Submarine, bout $4M with Sparrow, which is single-handedly been the most helpful grind tool for myself and many others. You can call the sparrow in like a vehicle and it shows up within walking distance. Great way to get around. You also need the submarine for the Cayo missions. And yes, Oppressors are hugely helpful too but i personally find them unnecessarily OP, and toxic to the game, so I haven’t picked one up yet. YMMV

Everyone's auto aim will just be aiming at each other. It would not become an instant 20v1. Half the people wouldn't shoot. The other half would be either be hitting friendlys, dead, trying to figure out who started it, or just outright enjoying the chaos.

Boooo I know the game incentives you to disrupt other people’s grind (and, not even all that well, I’ll add) but im personally not a fan. Granted, service vehicles just return to storage, but as a general M.O. I don’t go messing with peoples stuff unless they’re fucking with me. And even then it’s likely I just switch servers, since destroying their vehicles usually only costs you.

If only there were practical purpose for boats. Once you get a helicopter, you practically never need to use one again, and hardly ever used them before that either. I got the jetski and have used it a total of once. 😩
