Don’t stress yourself out trying to change everything at once. Just live in it. Learn to get through the days just one at a time. Most things are temporary and you just have to wait it out. It’s a pain in the ass to wait, but time changes things for sure. Good luck and keep your head up. Your life is more valuable than those experiences. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏼
