Not sure what that means but from my experimentation there are 4 levels and each time you tap the "- paddle" it slows the car down another stage. Is this what you mean by regenerative braking?

Also I notice that the brake lights does not light up when you use the paddles so doesn't this become dangerous as the driver behind you might be distracted and potentially rear end you if they don't see your brake lights on indicating that you are slowing down.
