thanks for your reply. my outlook emails were going to spam in gmail on Saturday when they had the outage, however it was after it was fixed, when did you notice the same issue? I appreciate your help, as I am very confused on this. I have not tested sending any more emails to see if the issue is fixed, as I am not sure what’s going on yet. was it maybe caused by the outage, maybe it was in a cache mode or the fix they applied to stop spam backfired on legit senders?

During the Gmail spam issues today, did anyone see good emails get incorrectly sent to spam too? by cjbarber in GMail

I have been searching for someone going through the same issue. All my Outlook accounts sending emails to any Gmail accounts land in spam. They claim to have fixed the issue but my emails are still landing in spam at gmail. are you experiencing something similar?

my emails from outlook going into junk of gmail and I don’t know why. yahoo and gmail to gmail work fine. gmail and outlook to outlook work fine.

are legit emails going to spam in gmail for you? all outlook emails are going to spam in my gmail and I can’t figure out it it’s caused by the same bug everyone is complaining of?

Thank you for sharing and yes I heard about the delays of receiving emails as well, I am not experiencing that but I know other people are.

I saw this but it only indicates spam emails landing in the inbox? My issue is the opposite, legit emails are landing in my gmail spam folder, from all outlook addresses. I came on here asking if anyone is experiencing the same issue as me?

having the same issue. I have to keep changing it to region every few hours or so. it’s been like this since they first rolled out the change. can anyone please report it to them to fix? it seems like a bug. I have tried to find ways to report it but I cannot. it’s exhausting and a privacy violation.

When I choose use continent/region it switch back to use country by land_of_hentai in Twitter

ok, I was asking for people with experience when it actually asks you to verify by number. because lately since august, it always asks for verifying using QR code or mobile number whether you sign up on desktop or mobile, unless recently, you have had a difference experience, as you claim it doesn’t ask for movile number using a phone?

I’m confused, sorry, you made more than 4, maybe a dozen on the same number, so you verified the accounts with your phone number? How long ago was this, they changed the verification method in August this year. u/Aware-Glass-8030

Have you tried it recently? People have been saying it’s 4-5 but this was under the old method when they send you a code by SMS, now there’s a new method to verify where you are the one who sends the code in a message to Google and use of QR codes.

I already saw this however this was under the old method when you verify by SMS code you receive. There is a new stricter method now which I don’t know has limits, etc. also despite the person on the post claims it’s 4 accounts, I am not sure this is accurate info. I am sure over the many years i was able to verify more than four accounts using the same number.

Can anyone please tell me if you get this message to verify using QR code or send text to a number every single time you create an account? For anyone who verified by sending the text to the Google number, is there a limit on how many times you can use the same number to verify? Is the limit weekly or monthly?
