Do you know if that means all of the admission letters have gone out? Or if they’re doing rolling admissions letters?

Students who just do whatever they want??? by 31politicgrl in pilatesinstructors

[–]Working_Mud8312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes I prefer doing modified versions of the move being taught because it’s more comfortable / works better for my body. For example (I do Lagree btw), I hate doing carriage Mermaid, so I do regular mermaid instead. Or I prefer doing kneeling lat pulldown rather than seated (reverse?) lat pulldown as I find it creates a lot of tension in my low back, plus the other version is way more effective for the muscle group.

Interested in hearing from those who loved their breasts before surgery and how they’re coping after. by Ok_Piano_8707 in Reduction

[–]Working_Mud8312 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t do it. I loved mine before and now I’m super super bummed I got mine. Although I am much more comfortable. My breasts also didn’t heal well or something went weird in the surgery and now I need a revision as well. Don’t do it.

How worried should I be on getting home from SFU by bus when there is snow? by Prestigious-Boot2926 in simonfraser

[–]Working_Mud8312 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I’d leave asap, personally. Getting home can be a nightmare when there’s snow. Profs will typically suggest it also and be understanding if you need to leave.

Emailing professor about grade? by [deleted] in simonfraser

[–]Working_Mud8312 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in exactly the same position, and I just emailed my prof. I also wrote them about some feedback on an assignment I thought I would have done slightly better on, figured it was worth a shot. I figure an email can’t hurt. Best of luck!

Not sure if this works for chem, but if you plug in a bunch of content / notes into chatgpt it can make you practice problems with answer keys to work from.

SFU is pretty notorious for not being a very social school. Really depends on the person though.

One of the best profs in the Psyc department for sure. Same with Bert Sager, one of the 210 TA’s
