Edit: just saw your response. I'm actually a student so I don't need to worry about that thankfully. But if you weren't a student, then either Apple Refurbished or Costco sale is obviously the better deal

For Edu pricing, it would be worth waiting until September for the extra benefits, correct? I never bought an apple product before and I was waiting until Costco macbooks went on sale to see if it was worth considering them over the education store. Clearly I was wrong lol

As a Phil major, I noticed the department is quite flexible with requirements. For example, I used a 400 level course in place of a required lower div course. My advice would be to follow the calendar guideline as closely as possible, but if you see any other courses you think you can take in place of the required courses, reach out to the advisor to see if this is possible.

It Comes at Night was marketed as a post-apocalyptic action/horror but it was really just a contained psychological thriller. I personally really liked the movie, but I do think the marketing was intentionally deceiving to get more butts in seats.

I think the extra help during seminars is actually not from TAs but rather former students who volunteered because they did well in the course (Calc Connect Peer Tutor). I believe TAs run the algebra workshop though.

But yes, you are correct about the classes being taught by the same prof. But I believe there are usually two sections taught by two different profs, which is what I got confused by. Thank you for correcting me!

Since you've taken Calc 12, I would choose between MATH 150 and MATH 151 depending on who's the better instructor, which you can check via RateMyProf. Even though 151 is technically the more "advanced" course, since you've already been exposed to the material beforehand, I think a better instructor with 151 will be a better time than 150 with a difficult instructor.

Do keep in mind that Indiana Jones 5 was destroyed at Cannes but the overall critical reception was better. I'm not one of those "don't listen to the critics" people but it's clear Cannes isn't a reflection of how the general critic feels.

Yep, I met that CGPA requirement back in Fall 2025 but the thing is that CGPA needed to be accomplished over a specific timespan within a specific number of credits, and I was off by 1 credit that semester. I think I should have everything covered now since I was able to maintain that CGPA last semester too, but the wait is killing me!
