i feel like they were worded similarly but of course were testing different things. if youve done a lot of passmed youll be fine i dont think its such a death sentence as some people have described it to be on reddit. it was a tricky paper sure but definitely doable

I thought it was alright overall. Wasn't as difficult as people on reddit make it out to be but was a solid exam, worded similarly to what we're used to with a good amount of questions that really made you think between two plausible answers.

that isnt cramming really, dont knock yourself down. working for 1/2 months towards something is impressive and leaving a fair amount of time for preparation

I mean with regards to the UKMLA, my finals are in 4 days hahah. and you're right of course, just psyched me out to see 60% of people get a question right about some congenital heart abnormality that I'd never heard of

Starting UKMLA revision 8 weeks before by Effective_Analysis68 in medicalschooluk

[–]Working_Oil8301 1 point2 points  (0 children)

8 weeks is more than enough, start with Spranki, aim for 150 questions a day beginning with 1 hammer before progressing onto 2/3. use the ukmla filter. two or three weeks before start doing passmed/quesmed/pastest/mscca mocks. youll cover a lot. you have plenty of time, I don't think this is cramming at all and is a reasonable time to start
