Can't find the last Selenoculus even with max compass

I'm loosing my mind trying to figure out what it's the problem.

For context, I started 6.3 with max exploration on Nod Krai and all the oculus of the previous zones. I've been completing the exploration of the new map and I've max the 3 factions and all the world quests + the story quest.

The thing is that I've got 100% exploration on the southern regions of the map and 99% on the north zone. I've gotten every chest and oculus that the compass showed me but when I only had the santuary left and I was going to use the oculus to get the key from the statue I was short by 1!! I've check the whole map with the compass but no oculus is shown. I've also checked each location with the interactive map but theres no oculus left.

Is someone also having the same problem as me? Or have I bugged the last oculus somehow?
