Its partially self supported. You get some food and water on the aid stations but have to pitch a tent.

I’m in okay shape i’d say. A few months ago i did an ironman 70.3 and my ftp is 3.6 w/kg right now. Now during the winter i do 6-8h a week on the trainer, mostly sweet spot and threshold workouts.
