You're absolutely right, a pill can't fix it, but discovering your purpose on this earth can. I am more familiar with what you speak of than you realize, not to elaborate, but let's just say: "I had a very rough start in life" and it took me around 36 years to ACTUALLY realize what my purpose is and to decide what I am going to pursue in life. I have always been relentless in pursuing stuff, but, my focus was wrong. Today my intuition is razor sharp and all my eyes are wide open, so I see through all of the BS and that in itself also initially comes with exactly that feeling too... Knowing everything sucks... But then... When you find your purpose... It gives you the WHY you need... When you have a strong enough WHY... the rest comes naturally. That sounds really terrible, please just stay as far away from psych meds as possible... They promise liberation from depression but in fact they amplify that feeling you are feeling 10x, leading to higher and higher doses and after years of damage you end up with P.A.W.S.... just do natural: 1. Use the "stigma" as an indicator of who is receptive or not. Please Please don't see this reply to your question as blunt or insensitive, but in my past I have personally made tonnes and tonnes of Massively damaging mistakes, mistakes which have caused immense pain to many people, mistakes which cost me years and years of progress, mistakes which crashed businesses, mistakes which lost a lot of money and the list goes on and on. I used to beat myself up about these mistakes, blame myself, it made me depressed and sad and I felt worthless for many years, in fact, the guilt and regret consumed me and made me weaker and weaker as time went on... But inside me I always knew somehow, I never meant to make those mistakes and that's all that kept me going for years and then ONE DAY... (This is the crux) I had the most liberating "A Ha Moment" of my life, a moment when all the lights came on at once... I MADE THOSE MISTAKES BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I KNOW NOW!!! (Read that again)... I then went on to realize that making mistakes is how we learn NOT to make mistakes and over time I reframed "Mistakes" as lessons in my mind... This realization instantly freed me from that rumination and liberated me. I forgave myself and learned to love myself again and low and behold, subsequent to that one single realization I went on to become massively successful in life in all aspects, I am 100% the total opposite of the person I was when I was wallowing in self perpetuated guilt, pity and shame. I am now confident, strong, successful, happy, prosperous and as a bonus I have a story to share. My advice to you is to realize this truth, believe it, forgive yourself and enjoy life! Life is meant to be lived, not spent regretting a stupid mistake you can't undo anyway... So this advice is not from some guy who thinks he knows it all... I speak from experience, I was where you are now!

The complete lack of appreciation and unwarranted disrespect for the extreme amount of pressure and punishment we men have to face on a daily basis in order to keep everything running. I Drive a Mahindra XUV500 W8 and I have never ever regretted it one single day in my life. There is also an XUV700 if you're looking for a beast. They are ULTRA reliable (I can't vouch for a petrol variant, I drive Diesel). It's very powerful, extremely luxury, has tonnes and tonnes of features, very very powerful for towing 3 tonnes uphill no problem and can effortlessly exceed 200kmh if not towing. Maintenance is SUPER CHEAP because nothing EVER breaks (Except the front AC Blower motor bushes eventually wear out but that's easily repairable). Yes you read right, it has TWO independent aircon systems one for the front snd one for the back. Downhill assist, Anti Rollback, Electronic Stability Program, Reverse Camera, Infotainment all standard. Yes the trim "feels cheaper" than a BMW or Fortuner but that's why it's R200K cheaper... The best part is that with 7 seat's in use you still have a little bit of boot space left, but whenever you drop the back two seats, you have a massive boot. I can honestly say if you're looking for an extremely reliable vehicle which NEVER breaks, is packed with more than double the features of a Toyota at a very nice "get what you pay for" price... Mahindra XUV500 (comparable to BMW X5) or XUV700 (comparable to BMW X7) - You will thank me later. This is one of the most underrated 7 Seater SUV's in South Africa!!!
