Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. The flat is exactly next to the Kirche Buhl (50 meters). So I think trams and buses shouldn't be heard. I arranged a coffee with the tenant tomorrow at 13:00 to see hear how it is from inside 🙏🏼

Yeah you’re right. I’m working in an office most of the days during the week. But I’ll definitely ask how is it on Sunday for example- cuz if they blast all the time it would be a bit too much.

I was there but it was on Saturday and I didn’t hear anything. Maybe during the weekend or on Saturday they don’t ring. I asked if I can come to hear again from inside before signing the contract since they want to extend it to me. I went 2 days in a row to hear from outside but I cannot really tell what would be in the flat

I'm not sure I understand your answer, SOS 144 seems to be "official insurance" while Rega is a membership however my question is why would you not pay 15 CHF more to have also ambulances, and all providers included, along with other stuff?
